Hari ni bc paper utusan malaysia,ruangan Mega..Dr. Mahathir Mohamed (bkn ex-PM kite yea) n wife,Dr. Nurhazlinaazly Minhal ada bg tips utk diet cara murah..

2 minggu fasa intensif

Minum pagi: Mihun sup + ayam,bebola ikan + sayur.Mi sikit je taw..Minum air kosong
Lunch: Sup ayam (yg mengandungi protein,lemak dan vitamin) dicampur air (kira-kira 250 kalori)
Dinner: Tom yam,banyakkan sayur

-Mesti minum banyak air kosong,sebab kadang2 org ingatkan dirinye lapar,tapi sebenarnye dahaga...so,lepas minum air,mesti x lapar lagi
-Amalkan ambik multivitamin yg kaya dengan chromium,selenium,zink dan vitamin E
-Dapatkan glycemic rendah daripada buah-buahan
-menghapuskan pengambilan gula,makanan manis termasuk coklat (yg nis susah skit nk buat kn??..hehe)

Selepas 2 minggu

-Sarapan pagi dan makan tengahari tanpa gula,tinggi protein (daripada sayur) dan glycemic rendah (daripada buah-buahan)
-Malam ambil sup supaya perut anda x bekerja keras semasa anda tidur
-Kalo nk makan nasi,ambil beras glycemic rendah,iaitu beras Basmathi (suku pinggan nasi,yg lain penuh dgn sayuran ,ayam atau ikan)
-Boleh ambil satu buah-buahan setiap hidangan
-Makan ayam tanpa kulit

Resepi Ikan goreng tiga rasa



Bahan-bahan:

1 ekor ikan siakap / kerapu

bahan dikisar:
sedikit bawang putih
6 biji cili merah
1 inci halia
belacan secukup rasa

bahan dicincang halus:
2 biji bawang merah/bawang besar
1 batang serai
10 biji cili padi
tomato
timun batang
nenas (kalo suke..rs msm manis gitu)

2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos cili
1 sudu sos tomato

sedikit gula, garam

daun sup
daun bawang

Cara memasak:

1. Goreng ikan (spt biasa) garing / separuh garing (terpulang). Toskan minyak.Ketepikan.
2. Tumis bhn kisar + bawang merah cincang
3. Masukkan bahan cincang halus (em,pandai2 la balance kan bahan cincang tu,kalo terlebey banyak,jd sayur msk tiga rasa plak..hehe)
4. Masukkan semua sos tadi, gula, garam dan sedikit air
5. Tuang atas ikan.Hiaskn dgn daun sup atau daun bwg..kasi menggoda gitu..

RESEPI BUTTER PRAWN



actually gmbr kt ats bukan gmbr resepi butter prawn,it is tempura prawn..xpe la..gmbr sekadar hiasan..hehe..

Bahan-Bahan:
udang besar/udang galah atau udang harimau-belah belakangnya jgn putus
1 sd teh garam
minyak untuk menggoreng
mentega tawar (unsalted butter)
daun kari (daun shj)
5 ulas bawang putih (cincang)
6 biji cili api (cincang)
kuning telur
susu cair penuh krim
½ sd teh serbuk perasa
1 sd teh garam
1 sd teh sos ikan
¼ sd teh serbuk pati ayam
1 sd besar gula

Cara:

Perap udang yang telah dibersihkan dengan garam dan goreng dalam minyak panas selama 2 minit hingga bertukar warna. Toskan.

Pukul bersama kuning telur, dan susu bersama serbuk pati ayam hingga kembang. Panaskan kuali masukkan mentega dan biarkan cair perlahan-lahan. Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning dan masukkan cili api, kacau sebentar. Masukkan bancuhan telur dan kacau hingga mula pekat, masukkan daun kari, sos ikan, udang goreng, gula, garam dan serbuk perasa. Kacau hingga bersarang dan garing. Tuang ke tapis dan biarkan mentega sejat sebentar. Alihkan ke pinggan dan hidangkan.

PELBAGAIKAN RASA SPAGETTI ANDA!




Bahan-Bahan:

500 g Spaghetti / Spaghettini etc.
1 biji bawang besar - potong dadu halus
3 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
1 biji lada hidup atau 4 biji cili padi - dimayang
300 g campuran udang, sotong, kerang
100 ml jus tomato
1 tin tomato biji - boleh diganti dengan 3-4 biji tomato yang dicincang halus
2 sudu besar tomato puree
1 sudu besar oregano
1 sudu teh lada hitam - ditumbuk
1 sudu besar sos tiram
3 sudu besar minyak zaitun (olive oil)
Sedikit daun parsley (segar atau kering)
Garam
Gula

Cara:

1.Rebus spaghetti ikut panduan yang diberi. Toskan dan gaul dengan daun parsley.

2.Panaskan minyak zaitun, tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili hingga kekuningan. Masukkan tomato puree dan tumiskan sebentar. Masukkan tomato, jus tomato, sos tiram, oregano, lada hitam.

3.Masak hingga didih dan kuah hampir pekat. Lepas tu masukkan campuran makanan laut, gula dan garam. Biarkan kuah agak pekat sebelum diangkat dan dihidang dengan spaghetti.

Cadangan Hidangan: Option : kalau suka gorengkan tuna (hancur) dengan bawang besar. Sedap dimakan bersama spaghetti ni !

2.Tutup kedua-dua belah mata.Letak jari telunjuk dah jari tengah pada tengah-tengah mata,dan tekan dengan lembut.Ini adalah untuk mengurangkan regangan otot mata.Kalau buat masa mata penat ngadap komputer,bagus jugak ni..

3.Minyak zaitun (olive oil),Vitamin E oil or Almond oil di sapukan pada keliling mata,dan urut mata pada titik akupuntur tadi.Nak guna krim mata pun boleh jugak..

Drink at least ten glasses of water everyday.

Take all precautions to avoid strain on the eyes.

Do not leave cream on the skin around the eyes for long periods. Remove the cream applied around the eye after 10 min. No cream should be left on the skin around the eyes for long periods.

Close your eyes and cover eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.

Make a 1:1 mixture of fresh potato and cucumber juices. Soak some cotton and put on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water.

Apply a mixture of lemon and tomato juice (equal parts) on the dark circles 2 times a day.

Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.

Crush some mint and apply it around the eye.

Massage with almond oil under and around eyes at bed time daily for 2 weeks and see the improvement. Almond is very good skin food and helps to remove dark circles.

Rub the area with a powdered Vitamin E capsule and wipe off with a mixture of honey and egg white. This will reduce darkness around the eye.

Put hot and cold clothes alternatively under eyes for 10 minutes. Then apply some almond oil on the dark surface before going to bed.

Hari ni bosan sangat...sempat aje baca lawak jenaka kat website mana entah..gelak sorang aku...



Seorang orang tua sedang duduk di kerusi di sebuah taman bunga sambil menikmati udara petang.. Tiba-tiba seorang anak muda bergaya punk duduk di sebelah si atok tersebut…

Rambut anak muda itu dicat kuning dan hijau, sementara rambut-rambut yang berdiri dicat jingga dan ungu. Di sekeliling matanya diwarnakan hitam. Orang tua itu lama menatap si punk tersebut…

Merasa terganggu dengan tatapan orang tua itu.. pemuda punk itu bertanya.. “Eh, pakcik.. kenapa tenung saya macam tu..? apakah dulu waktu muda pakcik tidak pernah buat kerja yang gila-gila?”

MORAL: 1.Jangan cat rambut kaler burung kakak tua atau pun mana-mana kaler burung.Tapi kalo tak kaler rambut kan lagi bagus =)

SAMBAL DAGING CINCANG




Bahan:
• 150 g daging lembu cincang
• 5 sudu minyak sayur
• 1 helai daun salam
• 1 biji tomato dicincang
• 20 mata petai, kupas, dihiris 2
• 150 ml air

Bahan yang perlu dikisar sehingga halus:
• 200 g cabai merah, buang bijinya, kukus sampai lembut
• 10 biji bawang merah
• 4 ulas bawang putih
• 20 g gula merah
• 1 sudu teh garam

Cara membuat:
i. Masak daging cincang sampai air daging kering.
ii. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan yang dikisar dan daun salam sehingga harum dan masak.
iii. Masukkan tomato, daging, petai, dan air.
Masak sampai daging empuk, kuahnya pekat dan berminyak.

Kerabu sotong Thai style




Bahan-bahan:

• satu mangkok Sotong
• 2 biji limau nipis
• Daun ketumbar
• 1-2 bawang besar
• 3 sudu besar fish sauce
• 1 sudu besar gula
• 1 sudu kecil garam (ikut rasa)
• 5-10 Cili padi (ikut rasa)
• bole juga taruk tauge & tomato, n seafood cocktail..

Cara-cara :
1. Bersihkan sotong.
2. potong bulat2, masukkan kedalam bowl. then tarukkan boiling water dlm bowl. 3. rendam selama 5min..so sotong tu masih lembut. separuh masak..jangan lupa sejat sotong..buang air...
3. Potong cili, daun ketumbar(segenggam), bawang besar.
4. campur semua bahan..dan rasa.. and ENJOY!!

500 gram sotong ...hiris kasar dan celur tanpa air
3 S/b Apple Cider Veniger [ boleh gantikan air limau nipis]
2 sudu teh kicap cair /sos ikan
1 sudu teh gula pasir

bahan hiris/mayang
2 batang serai
1 pokok daun ketumbar
1 pokok daun bawang
1 biji bawang besar
5 biji cili padi
3 biji cili merah
5 ulas bawang merah
3 biji buah tomato
1 biji mangga muda


Cara:
Gaulkan semua bahan dan hidangkan

CARROT CAKE






Carrot Cake is one of those cakes that never go out of style. One bite will tell you why. This rich and moist spice cake, full of grated carrot and toasted nuts, has great flavor, especially when covered with a cream cheese frosting. The interesting part about adding grated carrot, is how you really don't taste its flavor.

'Carrot' comes from the Greek word "karĊton" and the Greeks started the belief that eating carrots would improve your eyesight. John Ayto in "An A-Z of Food & Drink" tells how during World War II the British furthered this belief by saying that British pilots improved their night vision by eating huge amounts of carrots. They were, however, only trying to encourage the eating of carrots as it was one of the few foods that were not in short supply during the war.

Ingredients:

cakes

75 gm chopped walnuts
255 gm bread flour
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cup corn oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
455 gm grated carrots
390 g sugar

cream cheese topping:

220 gm cream cheese
60 gm unsalted butter
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
130 gm icing sugar
finely grated orange zest of an orange
1 teaspoons orange juice
3 tablespoons fresh milk

Cooking directions:

1.Preheated oven until 180 degree C.Butter cake pans
2.Peel and finely grate the carrots.set aside.
3.Toast walnuts in a small baking pan in the oven until fragrant,5-10 minutes.Let cool and then chopped coarsely.
4.Beat the eggs until frothy.Gradually add the sugar and beat until the batter is thick and light colored (about 3-4 minutes).Add the oil in a steady stream and beat in the vanilla extract.
5.In a separate bowl,whisk flour,salt,cinnamon,baking powder and sodium bicarbonate.

6.Add the above mixture into eggs mixture and beat just until incorporated.
7.Add the grated carrots and chopped walnuts and mix with rubber spatula just until blended.
8.Scraped the batter into the prepared pan,spreading evenly.
9.Bake the cake until the top springs back when touched lightly and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean(40-45 minutes)

Topping:

1.Beat cream cheese,unsalted butter,vanilla extract,icing sugar,orange juice,milk and lemon zest until fully incorporated and smooth.
2.Spread the cream over the cooled cake.

1 keping gula batu
1/4 sudu garam
1 sudu serbuk perasa

Bahan C:
1/4 bungkus mee
4 ketul bebola ikan
3 keping pucuk
1 helai sawi
1 sudu teh lobak asin

Cara-cara:

1.Panaskan air
2.Masukkan bahan A ke dalam periuk
3.Balutkan ikan bilis,ikan masin,dan lada sulah dalam kain putih dan ikatkan.Kemudian,masukan ke dalam periuk.

4.Biarkan sup mendidih
5.Masukkan pula bahan B ke dalam periuk
6.Celur mee ke dalam air panas dan tapiskan
7.Masukkan sup ke dalam mangkuk dan akhir sekali,tabur bawang goreng
