Ye ke fat free yogurt ni salah satu makanan yg leh tolong kurangkan berat badan?YES,it's true....Fat free yogurt leh membantu membakar kalori,mempercepatkan pengurangan berat badan dan trim your tummy...kalo x cayer, kajian pasal ni yg penah kuar dalam International Journal of Obesity..

"Researchers found that obese adults who ate three servings of fat-free yogurt a day as part of a reduced-calorie diet lost 22% more weight and 61% more body fat than those who simply cut calories and didn't bone up on calcium. Yogurt eaters also lost 81% more fat in the stomach area than non-yogurt eaters.Participants on the yogurt diet also lost 81% more fat in the stomach area, which is the most dangerous type of fat. Excess fat in the midsection has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and some forms of cancer. "

-fat free/low fat
-penuh dgn probiotik (klik sini for more information ttg probiotik)
-sugar free/less sugar

Yogurt yg rasa best bagi saya,Dutch Lady...sbb rasa lebeh kepada susu,tak cepat muak n banyak buah-buahan...Saper2 yang tak suke produk tenusu,op coz xleh nak telan mane2 brand yogurt pon..anyway,GOOD LUCK with ur diet!
